Starting wage is typically 80% Top of Steps, increasing on each anniversary to 86%, 91%, 95%, 98%, and 100%. After the Top of Steps is met, longevity is applied at 1% annually. EPMS Lifeguard (Part Time)

Lifeguards are responsible for the health and safety of all persons utilizing the swimming pool and swimming pool facilities. The lifeguard’s position ensures the full safety of all Plunge visitors and of the equipment of Evan’s Plunge. Starting wage is $13.60/hr. + .50¢ yearly for longevity up to four years

EPMS Front Desk Associate (Part Time)
Guest Services Associates are responsible for providing extraordinary customer service to visitors and
members of Evans Plunge. Primary responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system to process
admission sales and concession sales.  Starting wage is  $11.45/hr. + .50¢ yearly for longevity up to four years
