Ordinances

The City of Hot Springs Municipal Code is a compilation of the applicable city ordinances (rules, regulations, or standards of the municipality) that sets forth Hot Spring's laws. The City's Finance Officer forwards adopted ordinances to our publisher on an annual basis. The publisher will then add, delete, or change the code sections as prescribed by the ordinances. The ordinances are published in book form and are available for copying at City Call, or at the link below.
